We have written these Terms and Conditions as straightforward questions and answers. They apply to everyone who uses weboughty.com.
Who do these terms apply to?
They apply to anyone who visits or uses weboughty.com, the website run by Weboughty Inc., and you agree to them by using the website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
What is weboughty.com?
It is an advertorial website about everyday document and file management on personal computers. Our articles currently feature AduelPaper, a desktop app for Windows that opens, converts, merges, compresses and organizes documents. All content is promotional and for general information only.
What can I do on the website?
You are welcome to read our articles and share links to them. You must be at least the age of majority where you live. Please do not use the website for anything unlawful, try to break into or overload it, collect its content with automated tools, or interfere with other visitors.
Who owns the content?
Weboughty Inc. or its licensors own the text, layout and original graphics on weboughty.com. Copying or republishing them requires our written permission. Third-party product names and logos belong to their owners, and stock photos are used under their respective licenses.
What about links to other websites?
When you click an offer link you leave our website and go to a third-party website. Anything you download, install or buy there is between you and that provider and is covered by its own terms, privacy policy and pricing. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for them.
Do you make any promises?
No. The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that information is complete or current, that the website will always work, or that a featured product will meet your expectations.
What are you responsible for?
To the extent the law allows, Weboughty Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from products you obtain through it, including any loss of data or files.
Which laws apply?
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable U.S. federal law. Disputes will be heard by the courts in King County, Washington, unless the law says otherwise.
Can these terms change?
Yes. We may update them from time to time and will post the new version here with a fresh "Last updated" date. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
